"I scheduled a pick up for the following day by 3:30 pm. I waited all day for someone to contact me. At 3:15 pm I called them and was told by Victoria that they did not assign a driver, and I would have to re-schedule. I told her that I could not reschedule until two weeks out, and she said she could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor Olivia told me that she tried to call someone to see if a truck was available and no one answered. She said I should have called sooner. This is the second time I've tried to use this company and both times have been unsatisfactory. There are too many trucking companies who can handle this request: since Central Transport can not handle it, I will not use them again."

"We were expecting a delivery on 10/04/19. The driver called to get directions. We live outside a state park and the location is remote, but we build our house here and deliveries even semi deliveries have been made with no problem. We waited ALL day for the delivery, called the company and the driver had told them that we told him a large truck delivery wasn't possible. He even blocked our number so we couldn't call him. Very poor customer service. We are now waiting this morning for a promised call from the company to let us know the status of our delivery today. Please be aware of this when dealing with this company."
