"Brittany Gay of ABF Freight Lexington offered 0 customer service and was extremely rude when I arrived to pick up an item. After I communicated properly the day before she made it obvious that she would not help get the item. By the smirk on her face she enjoyed being confrontational as well. Poor attitude will not serve you well."

"I have paid for appointment deliveries on a couple different occasions and so far the appointments have always been what’s convenient for them. Driver showed up on one delivery and waited two minutes for us to get there and left with no phone call or notification of any kind. We had to wait another day for our delivery. They never deliver product on time."

"Wish I could rate them 0 stars. They called to deliver my item, but only between 8 am and 11 am. WEEKDAYS ONLY. I would not allow them to leave a $2000 item on my porch. They suggested I come pick it up myself from their warehouse after I paid for delivery. OR I could let a random neighbor let them in my house. Anyone who can afford a $2000 item probably has a job... If the company I bought the item from continues to do business with them, I won't buy from them again."

"Super slow process in Lexington Kentucky. Customer service is horrible, I believe the name is Mike, won't even let you talk, he was rough and uneducated. They pushed my shipment back, I saw the tracking was here and suddenly I saw it was somewhere else in Ohio. The only reason I gave them two stars is because the driver was great, a very loyal employee with a desire to help."
