"Very thorough, kind and professional. I’ve been taking my cat there for 3 years. The techs are all friendly and patient and Dr Connelly is really good about explaining procedures and allows plenty of time for questions. I can not thank them enough for their help in taking my very sick girl early this morning with no appointment. I just showed up after leaving a voicemail. They were so compassionate! I was a nervous wreck and they took great care of her. The prices are about mid range. I think it is worth it for good care."

"I had an appointment for my yorkie at 2:00 pm I was running late and called them they refused to see my dog that day and he was very sick. They didn’t even offer for us to bring him in first thing the next morning. So the take I have is the people who work there only care about getting paid and getting off work on-time. If it was their pet I bet they would make time so I have lost all respect for this organization. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT TAKING MY DOGS TO THIS Facility. Please stay away from this organization for your pets sake."
