Bourke Accounting refused to give me a refund or do anything to make me feel they cared. It's clear they have no regard for the people paying for their services"

"My experience with Bourke accounting was great as I used them the past two years for taxes with success. We are moving cross country and I realized my taxes and w2's were back in KY. I called them and when they realized that I needed copies sent to me to give to our mortgage company they decided to send an email demanding $50 per year to email them to me. I understand a charge but $100 to scan and email a few pages. Trying to ripoff a repeat customer. In my opinion I would stay away from this business to avoid being ripped off after you already paid for a service."
