"arrival to exiting the delta cargo facility was around 27 minutes total. this is roughly 6 to 10 minutes slower than normal because the cargo i was picking up was overnight and moved to a farther back location. while at first the nice ladies who helped me seemed to be confused by the szstem.telling me they dont believe my item has arrived she quickly dispatched a supervisor, explained while we waited exactly the issue and that she didn't want to guess what might have happened until another set of eyes looks it over. I was very impressed with how quickly the supervisor came to rhe main waiting area to join us.. At first glance of the supervisor strolling out on her phone I thought, great she's going for the high score on her snake account ill be here all day. she looked up from her phone shook my hand and handed me her phone explaining the issue was solved and started my checkout procedure. I was very impressed and realized I judged her too soon bcnshe was actually triubleshooting my issue on the run so she could get me out of their and on my way. the staff deserve a 10 out of 5 stars allnthe way around no quesstion. very impressed with hownclean the warehouse was as well as how much the employees seemed to enjoy eachorhers company and laughed and talked about eachothers families and how things were going with their kids etc. seems like an awesome place to work! can't say enough about cargo shipping with delta awesome people make a great company standout above the rest nodoub. cincinnati delta good job !!"

"I tried to ship this puppy 2 different days the 1st day I arrived over 2 hours before the 2 hour drop off and they took so long checking us in and getting my credit card charges all messed up that we missed the flight, the second day is when they informed me that I had to use their over priced crate and once again they drug the check in on until we almost missed the flight again! They said my credit card was not charged so I wrote a check to try and get this over with and found out they were paid twice once by card which was not supposed to go through and once by check! Still fighting to get one of the charges refunded!"
