"Why is it that my packages keep getting "delayed" ? When they arrive at the Independence, KY location and I receive notice delivery will be on time, suddenly there is a "delay" because the Independence facility drives the package to Georgetown, KY. Then delivery is made and sometimes that delivery is "delayed" also. I live closer to Independence than Georgetown."

"They've had my order since 3/11/22, and I've received no less than 3 different excuses on why it's not been delivered. To me, it's poor management, lazy drivers, and all around incompetence. I got lucky enough to talk to the manager. I explained to him that he will be buying my complete order ( over 300 dollars) if it's not here today. Well see. I'll update as things move or don't move."
