"Got our taxes filed a week ago, the kid didn’t know what he was doing so we were told we needed a second opinion over them. He got the second opinion while we were there and then we were told everything was filed… fast forward a week later we have to call because they never processed our taxes. To be paying nearly $400 to get them filed through them it was very unprofessional. Do not recommend using this site, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Tired of these people. We have used them the past few years in a row and they are always extremely late to thier appointments. We had an appointment scheduled for 3pm and when we walked in 5 min early, we were told that our tax person had just brought someone back and then she told us to have a seat. So we looked over at the seating area and there were no seats available. So after awkwardly standing there for a few minutes we just decided to cancel our appointment and leave because it could have been 4 or 5 o'clock by the time we would have got started. This time drew the line for us. We are done with H&R Block. We purchased Turbo Tax and did it ourselves with ease for better than half the $275 that H&R Block charges."
