"Many negative aspects to our basement remodeling project with AG Spencer Remodeling - failed to show up w/o calling even though knew we were waiting to let them in, used much more paint than needed, took 5 months when said would be 2 1/2, arguing loudly in our basement with our grand babies asleep upstairs,.... - however, the worst aspect is that they ruined our brand new luxury vinyl tile (lvt). Although my husband ensured that they saw the flooring instructions that said not to install the flooring until all other construction was complete and re-iterated those instructions verbally to Mr. Spencer, they installed the flooring before finishing the drywall, installing ceramic tile, or painting. About 1000 sq ft of tile has drywall mud and paint specs embedded in its grain destroying the look of our floor and the entire area where the tile is present. While Mr. Spencer told us he would be back to clean the embedded paint out of the floor, it has been a week since we last heard from him (we initiated that contact) and two weeks since he has last been to our house. Although the tile work and drywall work was well done, those features are ruined by the ruined floor."
