Any place else either barely did it or I had to hold her while they clipped them. Her coat was also always shining and smelled so good."

"First time I took my dog there to the Pavilion Way location to get groomed she was 3 months old and had all her shots as required and filled out the pre checking online. When I got there I was told they couldn’t do a haircut because it was her first time going to the groomer (I thought they were trained to handle that) needles to say it would have been nice to have gotten a phone call letting me know before I wasted my time taking her there. I decided to give them a second chance so made an appointment for today July 4, 2022. Now today I get a phone message saying that they have to reschedule her appointment because they AC is not working. Hmmm…so my reservation at the pet hotel wasn’t canceled because of the AC but her grooming appointment was. Sometimes sounds fishy in their story!!! Anyway, I’ve given Petsmart in other locations my business for the past 15-20 years but no longer will I they get it especially the Pavilion Way location. The groomers there are the worst and need to be retrained in customer service and etiquette."
