"Just an FYI to any of you that frequent the UPS store in Hamburg. The “New Owner” will no longer print for free a pre paid return shipping label for you. For instance I had one today Amazon sent me via email for a return. The UPS STORE was going to charge me what they would charge someone to print documents $2.10 for the first page ect. I called other stores and apparently it’s up to the store owner. Leestown and Beaumont does not practice this. I didn’t check Richmond Rd as I had my answer. I asked so if I came in to ship a package are you going to charge me 2.10 for that label to be printed and of course the answer was no. The owner states because he has a lot of Amazon packages come through his store he has had to do this. Apparently printing one label versus the other costs 2.10 more which must be charged to the consumer. I will be taking my business to one of the other stores who doesn’t price gouge their customers!"
