I was outside and heard them screaming and yelling out of anger, getting smart with the staff (could hear all of this outside of the salon), and watching them hit their dog cause they were mad they wouldn't stop barking. Staff are amazing and show they genuinely care for the animals that walk into the salon/store."

There are quite a few spots that the groomer missed. Seems like there might've been a better course of actiom than just shaving it all off....For $130+ kind of expected more ...."

Maybe lower inventory because it's the Holidays and everyone is buying or maybe it's the pandemic who knows... Really pretty bird in there . It definitely looks exotic.."
