"A few years ago this bank was awesome. When Brenda was the manager. Since she’s left this bank has gone down hill so bad. My deposits are always delayed and a transfer that took 3 days but it went through PNC in 1 day. That’s exactly why I’m leaving this bank. It’s like things come in late on purpose so they get their OD chgs. Another issue I had was that they returned my payment to my credit card, and I didn’t even realize it until the credit card co called me!! This also had an effect on my credit score. In which I was almost at 700!! I can’t wait till I’m completely out of that bank!!"

"Made a deposit in person at this bank and they have not put my funds in my account. It’s been 2 days. I’m incredibly disappointed with this bank. They are not reliable and their systems are archaic. If you need to make reliable timely payments don’t expect this bank to be capable of that. And then they have the audacity to charge people for transferring money out of one account into another. (Maybe if they would deposit my check I wouldn’t have to do that) This bank is horrible."

"Horrible branch... No customer relations at all and it's slow Pace. Getting single cashier's check, and it took 30+ minutes whiles 5 customers were served. Same only same happened last week. I'm only compelled to use this branch because of proximity, but I wish I NEVER have to do business with this branch. The worse branch!!"

"I feel as though this bank lied about its capabilities to provide me a service. The manager on staff did not sign me up for online banking, and she set up the account with the wrong social. Delaying my ability to access my funds. Then they will not process transfers until after 24 hrs. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I also called their customer service line to speak with one of their “24/7 card inquiry reps” only to hear a message that the call could not be completed as dialed. I had expressed to the bank that I was frustrated with my last bank for their lack of security. But this banks system is so arcane that I’m surprised anyone banks with them at all. I’m very disappointed that I will have to move to another bank again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY IF YOU EVER NEED TO USE IT."
