"Becca Jones messed up canceling my deceased wife's account. She was unapologetic to the matter and did the bare minimum to take care of the problem. I believe management witnessed the issue but also kept quiet, only to help her with questions. Very disappointing. 05/16/23 Roughly 1PM ESDT"
"An absolutely awful place to deal with. We were referred to this bank to get a mortgage after our own mortgage company had issues financing a modular home. Since day one this place has been nothing but an absolute nightmare. I have purchased 4 homes and never have I gone through the hell that this place put us through day after day. Unless you want to be treated and talked to as if you’re a liar, and asked to provide the same information over and over, while watching everything change for the millionth time, only to see it go back to the way or was before…pick any other bank you can. Yes, we may (or may not) finally get to close on our house tomorrow. But we just found out only moments ago. At this point, I’m going to be honest, I don’t even want it anymore. Yes, it’s that bad. UPDATE: 4 hours to closing: Final disclosures have been sent, and we just received a phone call that they need $3,000 more than 15 minutes ago when we got the documents. UPDATE2: I’ll keep going as long as it takes. We were also told that we would have 2 months of no house payment, as part of our “savings”. That didn’t happen. And a check that we were promised, we haven’t received."
"This bank thrives on money taken from the working class, they charge $76 for your account being less than $1 overdrawn, a simple mistake often made when you live paycheck to paycheck trying to make ends meet. They will remind you it was your fault, you miscalculated and refuse to refund any of the fees. This bank is a bold reminder that we, the blue collar american people pay for the ridiculously large and expensive buildings they sit comfortably in while bleeding us dry."
"Have had escalating problems with this bank for the last year. I finally decided to leave after multiple issues in regard to my account. Very unapologetic and never sought to restore the issues that they caused. I have kept one account until my tax return comes and cannot get anything to work online and have been hung up on by their automated system and never had anyone answer the phone when I called. I do not recommend this bank"
"I've banked here for years. I've tried other banks and always came back to them. Always nice and know that I am a person not just a number. Highly recommend them."
