"This company is a scam.Month after month they I have submitted my payment before or on due date. The payment doesn’t come out of my bank and I receive notifications for insufficient funds which carries a $50 fee. I contacted my bank and expressed the issue asking if there was a problem on my end of things. They told me “No, it looks like they aren’t pulling the funds”. SCAM !!!!!! I provided banking statements from each of the 3 consecutive months of this insufficient funds claim and proved my accounts have been more then sufficient and satisfactory to provide payment. The supervisor informed me it was her opinion I was submitting my payment then going back to cancel it!!!! WHO THE HELL MAKES A PAYMENT ON TIME JUST TO CANCEL IT KNOWING THEYLL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL FEES???? This company is the worst and I’m doing my best to report them."

"The worst financing company ever. Their customer service is close to none existence and they have no common sense when you talk to them. That is if get through to a customer rep. and their phone don’t get disconnected. I would not recommend their service to anyone . If you are in need of credit you’d be better off to not to buy or find other means than to use these folks . Last word : do not use these jokers"

"This place is a joke. I total my car and I called them and told them an my insurance did to to let them know it was total an they was going to pay it off. They kept bugging me about a payment. Why would I continue to pay when it was getting paid off. After insurance paid them I had a balance of 800 which I had gap insurance so they knew that the rest would get paid off and they still sent us to collections killing my credit. I’m going to get them audit an hope they close them down. They are stealing money."

"Do not, I repeat, DO NOT get a loan through Westlake Financial Service. A couple of the customer service agents are rude. At some point they jut start making up charges without informing you. Their rates are out of control. This is an untrustworthy lender to go through. Anybody else would be better, I promise that."
