"This has nothing to do with the location, but the bank itself. I've been with central since I was 17 (I'm 27 now). Never had any issues, except for the last year and a half or so. They've really gotten to be unbearable to bank with. Their cyber security is awful. There should be no reason why my account becomes compromised and I need to be issued a new card every few months. In this year alone, I've gone through at least 4 cards. And then when I get the new card, I can't activate it right away because somebody in their card activation department has my phone number listed incorrectly, so I have to call the bank directly, and then they have to call someone else on their end to correct it, and then tell me "oh Mr. Warner, that issues been resolved, you shouldn't have this problem anymore",when I still have the issue. I hate to leave Central bank, but I think it's time we part ways."

"I have banked with Central Bank ever since I was a kid in Lexington, KY. When I moved to Louisville I needed to find a “home bank” to use for both personal and business banking. I settled with the Shelbyville road location due to the great management (Clayton Rodgers) as well as great customer service and tellers. If banking isn’t what you need I would also recommend discussing mortgage loans with Clayton as he has been a big help for me and others in my network."
