"Nothing at this bank works! They ATM machines don’t work and now I am told that can’t make a new debit card because the machine to do that doesn’t work!!!! I was a Commonwealth Bank Customer for years! Stock Yards bank needs to do better!!"

"These guys have borrowed money from me for years and I haven’t got a paper check in some time, but I got one for my prolonged tax return. I bring my check in and they say to me that I won’t be able to access the money for one buisness day. Been here 5 plus years and I’m closing all accounts right now. Don’t trust these guys they’ll make you go out of your way to get screwed over by them too. Remember I had to bring extra verification of identification probably due to my appearance very discriminating."

"Did a mortgage with these guys. The administration of said mortgage has been an unending PITA. I pay. They lose payment and threaten me with foreclosure. They find payment and apologize. Rinse and repeat. I would look elsewhere. BTW the employees seem to mean well its just that they are systematically deficient."
