"I go specifically to the PetSmart on outer loop because there's a manager there named Lance who is just amazing. Last time I was there, about 2 weeks ago, I was afraid I was going to get there after closing and my dogs use veterinary formula so I called to tell him I was coming and I was going to be there like you know 2 minutes till closing and he said don't worry about it I'll keep the store for you which I was so grateful for and then of course having done that I got every light green so I got there and was able to purchase everything I needed before closing time; but the fact that he was willing to wait for me so that my pups could have their Royal Canin gastrointestinal veterinary blend was just amazing. Thanks again Lance!"
