"It is sad to see how this organization is not fair in treating both sides of a transaction in a fair manner; we presented numerous documentation to explain the position of my company as well as lack of sense from a customer requests; BBB closed the case because of lack of response by the customer, and opened it again after a call by the customer with no further verification; there was a legal process already underway that ended up in the customer paying what she owned but the BBB wanted to get in the middle to manage arbitration which was too late to be introduced. BBB rating's are misleading if they do not present the complete picture."
