"The person that came out to service was meh. Great personality and informative. I didn't agree with the way he repaired my issue. What made me add an extra star was the owner. When I called he honored the warranty. Even when I was having issues receiving my refund, he was excellent. I would recommend for anyone to try the company once even though I don't think I'll use them again. I hope great success for the business. Visit their business in person if you have the time! "They arrived at my house at 9:45 am to install a ceiling fan. It is still not completed as of this review (3:30pm) and they have left my house for the third time today. No communication as to why they left or that they were even leaving. I have called the office 3 times with no answer. I watched one of the guys being very rough with my new ceiling fan because he was frustrated. Frustration is fine but that does NOT give you the right to handle my new fan like that. Also, i have people in my home that are highly allergic to cigarette smoke but I watched the guy sit in my patio chairs and have a few smoke breaks. At the very least, ask. I would have said no but if you need to smoke, take it to your truck. There are also two tar stains in my driveway. Not sure why there are tar stains but they are there. I am VERY disappointed and won't be using their services again after this experience Update: they came to me at 4pm and said "i must have done something wrong and I can't fix it. They'll send someone else out on Monday". I am beyond furious. This is a ceiling fan, not home makeover."

"I contacted them to do a simple painting job. They sent someone to my home to review the work and advised that they would get back to me with an estimate, but then I never heard back from them. There are a lot of people doing this kind of work, so I recommend taking your business somewhere that will take you more seriously."

"The experience with Andy on Call was terrible. We found them on Angies List. We had a washer and dryer we needed help hooking up. They sent someone out to do it. He was very nice, but broke a pipe that we did not discover was broken until after he had left and paid. I called them and explained the problem. They sent someone else out. This man admitted their representative broke the part, but blamed the issue on us (how that was our fault I don't understand) and informed me that my husband should fix the issue. (my husband was not home nor any part of this transaction. He must have seen my wedding band to know I was married? We never talked about my personal life.) He knew how to fix it and was admitting it. I called the office and they claimed the owner would call me back. Never did. We had to pay for someone else to come fix it as the pipe he broke was starting to affect every pipe in our 3300 sq ft. house. I had to show the second employee the door because he did NOT want to leave when I asked him to. I was about to let my dog out of the garage (who has been known to bite people) since he would not leave. I am 6 months pregnant and have a 2 yr old toddler and was home alone. Very uncomfortable for me. They wont even give me a refund or have the decency to call me back after THEY admitted to me that THEY created the problem and THEY admitted they would not fix the issue. Thats all we wanted."

"Very unprofessional company. I called to have someone come out to my duplex to paint shutters and do some drywall repair. I was told prior to their arrival that everything could be done at the time of the estimate assuming we agreed on price. I gave specific instructions for them to call upon arrival because my back door opens to my bedroom and I don't always hear the front door as I am on the top floor. As soon as the representative arrived, he knocked on my back door. I did not feel comfortable doing opening my bedroom door so I called Andy on Call and told them to have him meet me out front. The representative was extremely rude and nasty to me after that. I finally asked him why and he told me it was because I didn't answer my door knowing that he was coming. Seriously? I was then told that he did not have the materials to do the drywall repair, but would do the shutters, so I allowed him to do the shutters. He then bent the shutters, somehow, while he was painting them. I called and they claimed that I was making it up. I had happened to take pictures of the front of the house that included the shutters a few days prior to the appointment. I offered to show him the pictures and he was not interested, and continued to retain that I was making it up. He refunded me the money it cost to paint the shutters. However, that does not start to cover the damage caused. Their behavior as a company was completely unacceptable and unprofessional."
