"Don did a great job. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He's a credit to your company."
"Our serviceman, Curtis, was excellent. He came in and immediately diagnosed our pocket door problem and it was fixed in 30 minutes. We did not require a major operation of removing drywall etc. This made us extremely happy. I will definitely call Mr. Handyman if we need repairs in the future."
"I was very pleased with Matt's work, professionalism, and knowledge. He was always ready to help and answer any question. I had called Mr. Handyman for help with replacing a bathroom exhaust fan and some other concerns with my ceiling. Matt looked at all my concerns, picked a new fan that would fit and installed it. I was so very pleased with the service. Highly recommend this company."
"Solid 4 star rating. Communication, scheduling, transparency all very good. Not a 5 star because i felt there was a slight disconnect between the quality of the service/work (some scuffs/dings/misalignment) and the cost (higher than i would have expected). But fact is, as a working adult you just don't have time to do every household project so you need to outsource and i would recommend this company for any future needs."
"We had one of their guys come out to do small dry wall job with a quote of $300-$500. They came out and fix the spots and ended up costing $650. We were left with the instructions that we would need to lightly sand the last layer before painting the wall. We did 3 passes over the wall before starting to paint. Started to trim in with paint and noticed it still needed more sanding so went back over the wall before painting anymore. Painted one strip and the wall is still an orange peel texture. Called Mr Handy Man back to try to get someone back out to finish the job and they were more then happy to send the guy back out but at a cost to me after already spending over quoted. So now being 7 months pregnant I have to go to the hardware store and spend more money on materials to finish the work I paid this company to do. I have attached photos of just a few spots that we have sanded and still need work as well and places of clump dry wall mud on the ceiling and also a picture of a dry wall screw where it was completely missed."
