"Today at this UPS location, I have been incredibly productive! I took care of fingerprinting, color copying, printing, and mailing, all in one go. I must mention how fantastic Caddice was; she provided superb assistance with a friendly attitude. One area for improvement is ensuring an adequate supply of ink for fingerprinting. Currently, the ink is running low, as evidenced by the much darker sample fingerprint on the hard card they showed us. I feel like I will need to have my fingerprint taken again."
