"I have used this office for many years and they have helped me so much. They are very good at what they do and that’s why getting an appointment can sometimes take weeks, so keep that in mind. All the staff is very kind and they try to be helpful as much as they can. I only have one critic. I have noticed that although the staff is very kind and helpful, they seemed to lack the professional education to advise their clients. I have had this problem before where they don’t know how to solve an issue or answer a simple question without asking for assistance from other more capable people. Another criticism I have is that if you speak Spanish just go ahead and communicate in Spanish at this office because a large part of their staff specifically the people who answer the phones don’t speak English very well and can be very hard to communicate with them. I speak Spanish so I can manage but I can see how this can be a problem for others. In short, if you speak Spanish and have time to wait for an appointment, I think you’ll be okay with this office but if you don’t then this office is not for you."
