"Jeanette was amazing and super professional and welcoming. Our little boy has struggled to get this hearing test done at other facilities so I wasn’t very hopeful for our appointment. I was truly so nervous but she was patient and so sweet & accommodating for our 2 year old! The entire facility is so welcoming and everyone is so kind. She successfully got the hearing exam completed and they had us checked in and out within 40 minutes which was amazing. This helped ease my families worries so much.
