"My daughter had an eeg last week and her results appointment was this week. I called and they said no she did not need to be present for me to be told the results. Got on the zoom and the patient coordinator asked me if the patient was present. I said no she’s at school I was told she didn’t need to be and I’m not comfortable pulling her out of school just for results that you’re telling me. Asked to reschedule and asked why does she need to be present? Well turns out it’s just so they can bill my insurance. So of course they want me to pull her out of school just for the money aspect and not for the actual appointment. Good to know what kind of place I’m dealing with."
