"I called to ask about my appointment and deductible on insurance no one would answer my question she said just come we don’t expect a lot up front. Well the girls in the office we terrible and went around the office who is it who is it I didn’t know it mattered who it was and they treat each patient differently and of course the insurance person wouldn’t call me back but they wanted this large amount up front that day and all got hateful. I will not go back and have had to find a new allergist due to office girls. I did love my doctor though just can’t deal with office employees Hateful….."
"This office is terrible! We went in October to get out daughter tested because we had signs of an allergy and got referred here by our pediatrician. The staff was very short with us and didn’t explain anything they were doing. Well we got prescribed an epi pen and we’re told the only way to get it was online, so we did everything they told us to. In November I came to the office and asked what the issue was. We were told that paperwork was put through and we would hear from them in 3-5 business days. When I didn’t hear anything by December we finally got ahold of them on the phone (after many attempts) and we were told no one had ever put the paperwork through and that she would make sure the paperwork was put through. After a few more weeks of waiting I tried to call and leave many messages with the office. Since the end of December they have not returned a single phone call and won’t even return messages to our pediatrician (it’s now February) we have since went to a new allergist and got our epi pen prescription at our normal pharmacy all in one day."
"2nd time experiencing the mean girls behind the counter talking as if the whole waiting room can not hear them behind the thin peice of glass. They made fun of me for needing doctor's notes with me no more then 6 feet away and only one in waiting room. I need doctors notes to prove I went to office because my work is super strict and I work during the Office hours so they always overlap. So sorry they have to take an extra 20 seconds to write a date and signature on a paper so I don't get pointed out and fired for my medical care. Then I heard the girls complain that "old people always think their life is over when they find out they have allergies". It was really callous, unfeeling, and unnecessary. I would expect more understanding from allergy doctor staff. Food allergies are are terrible adjustment that effects family dinners, holidays, work prizes you can't have and presents from people and means you are a constant nuisance to anyone who cooks you food. Already get enough judgement in life does the staff that is suppose to be helping us also have to be so carelessly mean? Felt like being bullied in school."
"This has to be the worst office, we were over charged and they will not refund our money. I have called and called with no results. I highly advise you go somewhere else. We will NEVER go back in this office."
"Got here 15 early for an appointment, checked in, noticed some people getting allergy shots going back before but I needed the dr so whatever i thought.... waited over an hour, they didn't check me in at all apparently. And what kills me is they had noticed me waiting and said oh he's been waiting so long but did literally nothing. The Dr seems knowledgeable but clearly it's not a very well run office from a customer service standpoint. Definitely makes me give more weight to all the other negative reviews about bills and such even if i havent had trouble with that specifically. Definitely look into other options if this is your first choice."
