"I was thought that this place was functional medicine and was expected whole health treatment. My chief complaint were several hormones disorders (terrible with losing weight, hair loss, fatigue, no interest, joint pain. Etc) I already had several thousand of dollars worth of blood test only a month prior but was convince of getting the same blood treat done. This yielded the same results. I was also told my insurance would pay for the same blood test, they haven't so far. I expected a treatment plan to include hormone therapy, nutrition, mental health, and non pharmaceutical treatment. I was only given a tic tack size thyriod medication because I was persistent in advocating for some form of treatment. I wasn't given any recommendation regarding changing my nutrition. I was told to take b12. My b12 is off the charts high! I was not provided any resources to manage my weight and hormonal disorder. I was told to go to Psych and was referred out."

"Everyone took great care of me on a day I was really not feeling well. I saw Lori for a persistent cough that was keeping me up at night. Lori gave me options for daytime and nighttime cough suppressants as well as the option of taking steroids. I voiced my desire to avoid steroids if possible so Lori sent in my cough suppressant medications and told me to follow up with her if i didn’t get relief or if I wanted to progress to the steroids. "This place is an absolute joke!! Only good thing about this place is Tami. Don't waste your money!! And believe me if you got a dollar in your pocket, they will find a way to get it. And not help you. Unless you want anti depressants, she will gladly shove them down your throat. I hope no one ever goes here! And Tami gets a job in a better place"
