"I went in with a referral for a positive ANA and was seen by Ms. Frizzell. After showing her a lengthy list of symptoms on my phone, I was told "I don't have enough symptoms" and "come back in 6 months." I felt very uncared for, dismissed, and left with more questions than answers. My appointment with Vanderbilt is coming up soon - I'm starting to learn that if you have a serious health condition, you're better off going to a reputable hospital than an institution such as this."
"Office staff always greets with smile and helpful. I have been coming here for years and it has been a good experience."
"Very friendly and kind staff. Made us feel very comfortable. Dr. Phillips was able to explain my condition and what to expect."
"Dr Bailey had left paducah to move closer to his son. So I tried this office. I have mixed connective tissue disease. Was told I had fibromyalgia. I told primary care he did a test I answered 6 of 10 questions and it was pertaining to my hypothyroidism had nothing to do with fibromyalgia they gave me Cymbalta and I had a major lupus rash reaction flare up. Was told wait a week and start the medication again. Never in my life have I been told when I'm allergic to something to take it again. Needless to say I have been with Dr. Chin at Vanderbilt Rheumatology ever since. He seems like he doesn't want to deal with those of us with complicated illnesses."
"I would not recommend Dr Phillips to anyone. I have had Lupus for years. He acted like I waisted his time. Came into the room and was obviously not interested in helping me. Took one look at me and said I did not have lupus. I asked if there was anything he could do for me and he said no and just walked out. Would not recommend him!!!"
