"Needed a note for school this year saying that they prescribed my son allergy medicine and that he has seasonal allergies, all of which they have in his chart. Was told I would have to pay for a telehealth appointment ($57 w/ ins.) to get a note. Asked to talk to the person that prescribed his medication, and was refused, saying doctors have never talked to parents on the phone (I have literally done it before) and that to talk to a dr, I would need to pay for a telehealth visit at the full cost of a reg visit. Lady on the phone says "Well I don't know what you want me to do"... Seems like money matters more than patients since it would take them about 2 min to send the note for something they already diagnosed and have listed for him, than charge me $57 plus whatever they are charging insurance."
"Great office. They have a wide range of open hours and are quick to get you in if you have to reschedule or have a sick child. All the nurses and doctors are friendly and have great bedside manners."
