"My grandson was really sick. For two days they wouldn’t answer the phone or return a call. I had to drive to the office and get on to them for it and schedule the appointment for later that day in person. If parents can’t depend on you to take care of their children responsibly, maybe you shouldn’t be a pediatrician."

"I have had numerous issues with my children’s doctor. From them not answering their phones at the front desk no matter how many times I’ve called. My mother had to drive up to the doctors to get assistance because my son was really sick. Today my mom & myself took both my kids to get their flu shots & when we were packing up to leave the nurse had told the doctor that one of us smelled like alcohol. I haven’t touched an ounce of alcohol in two years & my mother doesn’t drink. I had just used hand sanitizer so if she’s confusing that with alcohol should she really be working at a doctors offices. It’s extremely insulting to be accused of something so serious."

"Never thought I’d be looking for a new pediatrician for my children after seeing Dr. Talley/ Erin at the Georgetown office for 8 years. We are all Humana and make mistakes but when your office staff lies and you still don’t accommodate what was said for this one time is mind-blowing. This put us in a bind trying to find a covid testing site that can fax the report to Nortons for an important procedure. when you trust your pediatrician and they agree to something then drop you a last-minute serious is discussion! I Booked the appointment on Monday, they called to confirm my appt for Friday only to call me at 5:00 pm on Friday to tell me they can not keep her appt, etc after I already canceled her previous testing at Norton's since my daughter is more comfortable with her pediatrician. They informed me their calls are not recorded. I really think that should be looked into as you might not be able to trust your front desk staff. When you daughter has health issues and has been established here for 8 years changing is not easy. But I will not be with a provider that is all about the money and not about the children. It’s a shame."
