At Family Practice Associates of Lexington, our mission is to provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic health services tailored to individual needs. We offer family-centered care from birth through later years in an affordable and high-quality manner. Our practice, founded by Dr. Jeffrey Foxx in 1983, has grown to become one of the largest family practice groups in Central Kentucky, with 19 primary providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, and a marriage and family therapist.

We make it easier for patients to communicate with providers and access test results quickly through the Follow My Health (FMH) portal, which can be easily accessed through existing Google, Yahoo, or Facebook accounts. FMH is secure and does not post anything to Facebook or allow access to other users. As a marriage and family therapist, I approach my work with a systemic frame, focusing on how different aspects of our lives interact with each other.
