"Two stars for the wonderful nurse practitioner who saw us for our first visit. Minus three stars for the total incompetence of the “employees” in the front reception area and the audacity of this office headed by Dr. Michael Simon to fraudulently bill our insurance. We called the office of Dr. Michael Simon three times. First to ask if they took our insurance. Second to set up an appointment. Third to ask if we needed to bring or do anything for the appointment. All three times they asked for our insurance and told us we were covered. They even took our claim and policy number when we called to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment we checked in, handed the receptionist our insurance card, and went through the entire appointment with no issues. We checked out and scheduled another appointment. Eight hours later, the office called and said they cannot take our insurance. They admitted their “mistake” (is five times a mistake?). Imagine my surprise after three phone calls, check in, appointment, check out with new appointment. Not only did we have to scramble to find a legitimate pediatrician, but this office said it is going to charge us full price for the appointment they told us we were covered for. There is no other way to describe it besides lying and fraudulently charging customers. After calling around, every other office we called that did not accept our insurance said so within 10 seconds of the call. It seems Dr. Michael Simon’s office stands alone on a pedestal of incompetence and fraud."

"I'm 32 now, but I have so many fond memories of Dr Simon and his staff. I just called (March 2021) to get some medical records from way back in the 90s, and they remembered me! So friendly, so knowledgeable. Can't imagine a better place to take your kids."

"Dr. Simon has been caring for my children for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and kind. He is great with both my kids, ages 15 and 10. We just left my daughter’s annual physical(age 10) and when we got in the car, she said “I love Dr. Simon!” His staff has been with him for years and we love them, too! They always go above and beyond to make accommodations to get my kids in when they are sick. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a great pediatrician!"

"This practice is extremely respectful of families individual beliefs and wishes. And, they are very accommodating. I started our daughter with them, in the next couple of days she developed sores around her mouth from a daycare sickness. I called for an appointment and they scheduled her right away, within a few hours of my call. I've been extremely pleased with their professionalism, respect, and accommodations."
