Mandakini Sadhir, MD is the Chief and Medical Director at the Division of Adolescent Medicine, Department of Pediatrics located at 135 East Maxwell Street, Lexington, Kentucky, United States. Her clinical interests include eating disorders, nutrition and obesity care, PCOS, reproductive health, and mental health of adolescents. She is actively involved in research on eating disorders and the impact of social media and internet use on adolescent health.

Dr. Sadhir also serves as the Chair of the Adolescent Health Task Force with the Kentucky Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has led initiatives to improve HPV vaccination rates in Kentucky, school safety grants, and cyberbullying prevention programs. She is also a member of the US News and World Report Best Children's Hospital working group on Pediatric and Adolescent Behavioral and Mental Health.
