"Employees are kind, straightforward, and... busy. But everyone listens to your concerns and questions, and they've always been able to get our kid in for a sick visit the same day we call. Employees have also been working here at least the last 2.5 years that we've been going and that on its own implies a good workplace. Dr. Hensley is quick, but she hears you. We've always felt like any concern or question has been heard and addressed, and they've provided any relative testing for our comfort. We also love how well everyone interacts with our kid, Dr. Hensley and the nurses are all excellent with her and there is no fear or fight in taking her to the doctor. Not sure what some of these negative reviews are unless you're one of those parents that scolds the teacher for bad grades instead of scolding your own kid. This is a clean, warm, and welcoming environment."

"Absolutely Horrible place! Not sanitary with the two dogs she keeps in her “office” that has just dog gates blocking her “office” area. There’s no sinks, no cabinets no nothing in the rooms. Their office sign is sitting on the ground outside. Everything is just out in the open including paper work & office area. ALSO, never listened to any of the questions or concerns I had about my baby. I mean this play is just horrible and i’m not sure how this place is still open."

"First appointment went well until she asked me when we are coming for vaccinations. I told her we stopped with vaccines when kids were little, they both had terrible reactions. And right after our conversation stopped and I was told to not come back anymore until I change my mind and let my kids vaccinate again!!! Seriously??? Just because she wants to get paid for all those shots even when she would put my kids in to the hospital because of serious side effects??? Big NO for me! Never come back"

"Absolutely love Hensley and all of her staff! She has always helped all 3 of my children with any illness and knew exactly what the problem was! Her staff is always very pleasant and always schedules me for the exact days i need! I highly recommend!"

"Dr. Hensley is absolutely amazing! She knows her kiddos and she makes sure they feel comfortable with her. She addresses any and all concerns and she’s thorough! She’s a private practice physician which is really rare these days so she does things her way. She’s always easy to get in with the same day and you’re usually in and out. We love Dr. Hensley! Best pediatrician in Southern Indiana and Louisville hands down!!!!"
