"The office of Dr McGee in Charlestown Indiana is closed at 2:00 on a Thursday supposed to be open at 4:00 p.m. this is the third time this happened they messed up my referral for neurology and the front desk receptionist lady is very rude I highly recommend not using them!!"

"I love McGhee! He is caring, laid back, and will tell you how it is. He doesn't just treat you like a patient...he treats you like his own family. I always recommend friends and family to him. I am putting 3 stars because of the receptionist. She is rude. Mean. And down right hateful when it comes to her job. She expects the patient to do everything with or without knowledge of the procedure. My first time there interacting with her was a nightmare! She practically threw the paperwork at me. Not only did she make it seem like I was young and naïve she also triggered a panic attack and caused me to have a meltdown while seeing McGhee. This place is wondeful...minus the receptionist!"

She shuts the window in your face when you are still talking, she gives dirty looks. She’s just a really mean person. Besides her I love the office and all the nurses! ❤️"
