"We take our grandkids most Sundays to swim. Life guards are wonderful. The swim classes that are offered are excellent and the instructors are very patient. We are grateful to have a facility like this available to us. Our grandkids thoroughly enjoy it!"

"Fort Knox Pool, usually set up for lap swimming during weekday morning times. I have heard they also set for family swimming on weekends, and sometimes do activities for children like a recycling regatta. There is a water slide at one end. This is a 50m pool with a shallow and deep end. Locker rooms have showers and a swimsuit spinner, and are heated. The pool is heated but kept around 75 degrees. There is also a small exercise room to the right when entering."

"Very large pool and they have nice clean locker rooms. They have a diving board a slide, a rockwall and spray ground area for children. There alot for the kids to do. Prices are good."
