"I LOVE this gym...and I've been to a LOT of gyms of every size in my time! FFTK has an fantastic selection of cardio and weight lifing equipment, but not so much as to feel overwhelming. There is an impressive variety of athletes who regularly come, and I find it so inspiring - seeing them train so hard never fails to motivate me to step up my game! The bathrooms here are kept clean (important!!!!) and the staff is always so friendly. The atmosphere is positive, and I'm looking forward to many more years of training here!"
