About the Business
Located in Hanover, Indiana, the Horner Health and Recreation Center is dedicated to supporting the community's pursuit of recreational and intercollegiate sports, physical fitness, and athletic training programs. Named after former Hanover College President Dr. John Horner and his wife, Anne, the center offers a wide range of facilities including a performance gymnasium, multi-sports forum, weight room, running track, racquetball courts, classrooms, locker rooms, and more.
Collier Arena, within the center, can seat up to 2,000 spectators for varsity basketball and volleyball games, and up to 3,000 for various events. Struck Gymnasium features three basketball courts and indoor hitting cages for softball, baseball, and golf. Adjacent facilities include a running track, racquetball and squash courts, and a 6,000-square-foot fitness center with weight-lifting and aerobic exercise equipment.
Please note that the Horner Center is currently closed to the general public and requires a Hanover ID card for entry.
