"I had to reschedule my appointment which I was told was March 3rd at 3. Along with the address I always double check the appointment time and date before I ever get off the phone because sometimes you don’t hear the person right or they read it wrong. I also got a reminder just the other day for this exact appointment for the 3rd at 3. So my fiancé takes off work and drives me over an hr to my apt, for them to tell me it’s tomorrow the 4th at 3. I told them about the reminder they said they wouldn’t be able to see me today. So I told them I wouldn’t be back! I get that people make mistakes but when I have a reminder by text that shows the time an date. That shows the mistake is in their part and we where the ones who had to deal with the repercussions on there carelessness! First impressions are important! They failed tremendously!"
