Please note that the Fort Campbell Campus follows a different registration schedule than the Hopkinsville Campus, offering five 8-week terms throughout the year in January, March, May, August, and October. "So far I have had an amazing experience. Went in person on Tuesday to figure out what steps I needed to take. Everyone working here were so helpful and thorough. Marissa the Veteran Services Advisor assisted me with my JST with no issues. It's now Friday and I'm almost complete with my admissions checklist. I'm sure some students could have finished this process even sooner but give yourself enough time just in case."
"Where to start with this place. I have called numerous times, have left voicemails, recent documents, reached out to the team, asked for someone higher who would maybe take things serious, and the list goes on and on. The military advisor had a medical emergency and someone was appointed to take over her while she was out. For 2 months or so, I was told that the person would do what needed to be done and never did as “the person was too busy”. I have sent my JST twice, 3 times tomorrow, and I still am and am also sure that I will still receive the “we do not have your JST” answer. The assistants, or whatever their job is, always give wrong, bad, and/or simply careless information to brush you off. They simply give the impression of just not caring. If it was up to me, I would honestly place the government’s money in somebody else’s pocket and tell them to kick rocks. Maybe find someone who would actually take their job serious and help someone when the person has reached out about the same problem several times. I am probably the only person with this name in the system, or maybe not, but if this is the case, please have someone higher reach out to me. Someone who would take their time to listen, without interruption, and show that they care and are willing to guide someone who’s job is not working for the college. I have tried and tried and tried to get some help for about 2 months or more. All for nothing as I always get the same excuse. If I could please talk to someone who is ABOVE Mrs. R, T and her assistants… I would truly and honestly, from the bottom of my heart, appreciate it very much. Thank you."
