"I value professionalism, honesty, and kindness / compassion. These should be present in anyone treating and healing other humans at a minimum, especially children. The evaluator B.B. possessed none of these qualities in his words or actions toward me or my son. Arrogant, dismissive, condescending, stiff cold body language, etc. Finally changed his tune when I began questioning his questions. Poor communicator. I wouldn’t trust him to leave the tip at a restaurant let alone an accurate, honest diagnosis. A word to B.B. if you read - if one dislikes their job, the public, and working with children that much, move on and let someone who actually gives a damn and knows how to work with children take the position. Life is short. You are not that important, you are replaceable, move on. Hell, by the looks of it, you may be able to retire now, so what are you holding out for? It’s certainly not your love and dedication to the position and children that come through the facility. ************************************************** I am not upset about my son receiving an inconclusive diagnostic result for autism. On the contrary, I am glad, relieved I was able to witness the experience a child or family could expect at this facility. I can’t begin to imagine how terrible some of the children are treated here when ironically they are here for the exact opposite. Someone or some group should begin paying close attention to the activities happening inside these walls. I’d wager there’s foul play, and I rarely bet. And, if this is permitted at this facility and location, it’s permitted at others. Guaranteed."
"Highly recommend this place if you have a child with autism or who you expect might have autism. From the minute we walked into the door I knew we were in the right place. The psychologist was great at her job, very thorough and highly intelligent. Will absolutely be back to begin therapy here."
"My twin boys go here and I don’t get why this place has so many 1 stars. My boys LOVE waking up and going here. They come home happy. They’re learning a lot and their behavior has improved. I’m so glad we picked hopebridge. Their therapist are amazing!"
"My son has come here for a few years and has made amazing strides. HOWEVER do not expect anyone to answer the phone, ever. My son's pick up time is 5:30pm, I tried to call at 5:15 to let them know I'd be late and they never picked up. I got there and they told me that the do not answer the phones after 5 pm. Like...what? There's so many things wrong with that. I tried to call them today to let them know that my son would be attending today, we originally said no due to a doctor's appointment, and they never picked up. To be honest the therapists are the ONLY good thing about this place, the rest of the office staff should be replaced."
