"Kay has been my therapist for years, and if there's one thing I know it is without a doubt that she is the most kind and caring human being on this planet! She has always been there for me I'm crisis, and has gone out of her way to help me more times than I could put in a Google review! I would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE needing a good therapist!"
"Still waiting on a "Super Bill" promised by Lexi over a month ago. We've paid over $1700 out of pocket and the "Office Manager" refuses the information necessary for us to file for reimbursement with insurance. Comm Also, they collected funds from us, as well as the insurance company for the same dates of service and refuse to reimburse the $360 that we paid to the office while they are double dipping with the insurance company. Kay herself lacks the professionalism to provide patients and their families with her written recommendations so all parties are working toward the same goals (In this case parent child reunification counseling)"
"I have known Kay Hubbard for years. She is an amazing human. Her staff at her new location are awesome. Especially Jaqueline & Lexi. Lexi always contacts me back promptly if I ever need anything. Highly recommend!!!"
"My 16 yr old granddaughter had been seeing Tiana (spelling ?) for a few months and was happy with her. However I was informed by Tiana a couple of weeks ago she would be leaving. She discussed her leaving with my granddaughter at length as well as with myself and together it was decided Andre might be a good fit for her. I was a little concerned because her therapists have been female but my granddaughter was ok with trying him. My granddaughter had her 1st session with Andre last week. I asked her how it went, her reply was "it was ok, he's pretty cool". As we all know an OK from a 16 yr old is good, Yay. I've has to cancel and or change appointment times in the last few weeks and Lexi has been very accommodating and helpful to meet my needs."
"I had my first and last appointment on Thursday 5/13. I had originally scheduled with Courtney at 4:15 via telehealth. When I logged on it showed my appointment at 4:00 with Suzanne. I called the office and they informed of the change-- which I had to inquire about. When I called back to discuss this, and tell them they should have informed me, Lexi got very snippy and defensive and rude with me. Suzanne was fine but the way Lexi runs the office is rude, uninformed, and unacceptable. I should have been informed of any changes before they happened and they should get my approval of changes. I've worked in medical offices and I would NEVER change a patient appointment without their knowledge and consent. This is ridiculous."
