"If you want my honest opinion they don't care about a person at all. I went to Memphis for higher evaluation and they didn't care about my diagnosis there. They didn't listen and said I was bipolar. went off their records on medication and didn't listen to my concerns about my weight gain or anything I wanted help with on medication. They do what they want and don't have the best interest for me."

"I'm pretty disappointed in carey counseling. I lost track of my call date and called late. Without warning I was told they may or may not refill my meds. They had a choice to do so or not, and chose not to. I'm not sure they care as much as they pretend to. I'm not even prescribed narcotics. They have no reason not to refill my meds other than to punish me for being less than functioning. I'm doing my best"
