"We don’t have enough amazing things to say about The Bourbon Hous!!! Brian & Leslie are simply amazing. We rented the house for our wedding week, and it did not disappoint! We hosted a “bourbon & brunch”, after party, and it was the perfect get ready spot for my girls and I on the morning of the wedding! All the bedrooms are large & spacious, provided privacy for all guests and allowed for everyone to be comfortable but all under 1 roof which we loved. Brian even was able to recommend a bartender who was amazing and set up/cleaned up the bar for our after party. Brian & Leslie provided excellent communication and top notch service to all of our needs. They were extremely flexible, allowed us to check-in early and overall provided an amazing experience not only to us but to all of our guests. I would give Bourbon Hous 10 stars if I could!!! You will not regret your stay!"

"We rented Bourbon Hous for my groomsmen and their significant others to stay in during our wedding weekend in September 2021. Each night, Thursday through Saturday, various wedding guests would come by the house to hang out as the after-party spot and everyone had a blast! The living room, bar area and pool room are great gathering spaces complete with an N64 and house speaker system, not to mention the bedrooms are clean and large, beds are comfortable and each has its own bathroom. Brian, the owner and host, was responsive, accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable. He and his team did a fantastic job modernizing this beautiful, historic property into a unique rental. The house was clean upon check-in and as the name suggests, the bar was stocked with some of KY’s finest. If you’re looking for a classy, luxurious and fun place to stay near downtown Lexington for a group, look no further! Support this local business owner and stay at Bourbon Hous!"

"Bourbon Hous is an incredible place to use as home base for a trip to Lexington/UK/Bourbon Trail. I stayed Aug ‘21, very well appointed, it’s a historic conversion with addition, the history is really cool. Brian the owner is a great communicator and a fantastic host. Easy walk to downtown, UK, there’s a walk up liquor store across the street that’s interesting and convenient. Sonos audio system, fully stocked bar, so much more. Our group of 7 guys were comfortable and loved the late night billiards. Enjoy!"

"Gorgeous design. Dynamite location. Wonderfully furnished. Completely renovated historic building which feels clean and hip. Walk-able to bars, restaurants, and the UK social scene. We did a guy's weekend here and had a ball. Refined space, yet able to host a party - open spaces, built-in audio system, pool table, big screen TVs everywhere (one with Mario Kart 64!). Perfect space for a couples/family/group gathering (yet still able to sneak off to the comfort of your own room/ bathroom). Will stay here again - this place is awesome!"
