However, my husband had health issues and needed to go to the hospital. they refused to help me get him in the car and said neither Murray nor Mayfield ambulance would take him . I called Mayfield Graves ambulance and explained my situation and they came immediately. UPPER administrative people were extremely rude how"

"My step dad who has recently passed away was there almost 2 months and they didn't take care of him. He had asked to use the bed pan and they told him to use it on his pad! This resulted in him having a bad rash and a bed sore! Thank God we got him into Green Acres for the last week of his life. If I could give this horrible place 0 stars I would!"
