"Let's just say, first impressions are everything and this office knocked it out the park!!!! I went for a neuropathy consultation with Dr. Ackerman this week. To be honest, my wife and I were skeptical and didn't really know what to expect, but we went in with an open mind. From the moment we walked in and met the ladies at the front desk we were comforted and reassured we were in the right place. They are all so friendly and it is apparent that they enjoy the work that they do and the doctor that they work with each day. They gave us a tour, we watched a video of what we could expect. Next, we met with Dr. Ackerman. Any doubt or concern that we had was immediately erased. He was very personable and extremely thorough. He did a range of tests, where I realized my condition was worse than I thought. He gave his recommendations and left it up to me to decide where to start! I'm sold!!!!
