"I had high hopes for this place, but I've noticed a significant lack of professionalism. One issue that stands out is their failure to notify clients prior to deducting money from their bank accounts for services, so be aware of this. I had an appointment with a therapist there, but unfortunately, I had to reschedule last minute because of an illness. Despite my attempts to reach out to them twice, I haven't received a response. In an effort to resolve the situation, I called the office manager. However, she couldn't answer the call and instead sent a text saying she was busy on the line, asking me what she could assist with. I explained the situation, but unfortunately, I haven't received any further communication from the office manager either."
