"Donna was my therapist when she was still at Lifesprings at the beginning of my adulthood. When she left there -- I absolutely decided to stay with her as a patient as she continued her career with other practices. She knew me better than any other therapist I've had and actually took the time to ask questions that were deeper than surface level while also caring. One aspect I appreciated about her services was the "homework" she'd give sometimes, as it helped challenge but also use the techniques and coping skills she taught during our sessions. I didn't even consider those assignments as homework honestly, because after our sessions I always felt better and eager to get better. That's another thing I loved about our sessions! When I was having appointments once every week, there would be times I wouldn't want to go; perhaps feeling too depressed or tired from life. However, I always felt immensely better after our sessions because I really needed them and she always fulfilled the role. It didn't matter if it became a deep session or one where I needed a friend that needed advice on life - she made every session worth it and always accommodate me. Donna is an amazing therapist and person who will go above and beyond to help her patients. She's extremely dedicated and informative when it comes to helping those she's committed too. I'd recommend her to anyone whose looking for a new therapist."

"Her computer was not working the first session; so we agreed to a text session. I told her I was not comfrtbale with this and I needed in person sessions. The questions were basically the same has the intake form I had already completed. I had hope though that the 1st appt was just basic info and gave it a try for the second session scheduled two weeks out. She messaged me at 12:58; 2 minutes before our appt and asked me if she had sent me the link. I said yes she then texted " Just so you know my voice is soft so I don't know if you will be able to hear me. I will use the online chat box to respond".. UMMM NO; I said I will find another therapist as I expressed to you last time I wanted live sessions and asked for a refund back for our first appointment as this has just wasted my time. She asked to please give her a chance. I expressed I need someone who can talk with my not text through a chat box and cancelled the appointment."

"She couldn’t get her computer to work properly for our first session, so we texted. It was far too slow and she kept asking me if I was still there while I was trying to type out my answers to her questions. She charged me $80 for the hour still. The next week she text me thirty minutes before our session to tell me she still couldn’t get her computer to work and wanted to know if I wanted to text or reschedule. We rescheduled. The third week her computer worked, apparently, but quickly we realized her microphone wasn’t working. She could hear me but I couldn’t hear her. She spent twenty minutes of my hour trying to resolve her faulty equipment and then charged me $80 for the hour. The following week I sat in her online waiting room for my scheduled appointment. She never showed up and never informed me she would have to miss our time together. It was only after I sent her text messages and then waited for over an hour after our session was supposed to be over that I got a response/excuse for why she failed to meet. Last week I cancelled on her with over four hours notice and she is charging me a $40 cancellation fee. I explained how I feel like she has gotten more than enough of my money, we have parted ways but she continues to demand payment for services that she is unable to provide."
