"Sorry but Dr Ko has been replaced unfortunately, my father who have several medical issues I requested medication for his gout and was told that my father did not have gout but it's in his medical chart and he was not going to prescribe any additional medications for him didn't show no compassion or concerned of his conditions other than that we found him a new health provider with Baptist Health he will get better care and he will get what he needs for his medical conditions I don't care for Saint Joseph either perhaps anyone who's reading this would do the same and make that change, and now I satisfied with the new changes..."

"Usually takes 1-2 hours after your appointment time to be seen even when arriving 30 minutes prior to appointment time. Dr. Ko is great, but his nurse tends to be rude. The office is horrible with follow-up appointments, they say they'll call within a few days, but usually never call at all. If you need your medical records, be prepared to wait a month and be prepared to pay a fee. Even when informing the office the records need to be sent same day, it takes an average of 30 days"

"MD refused to write medication for geriatric patient that they’d been on for years for tremors. New patient for this Dr. He said it was a rule of the establishment (St.Joe). So now the patient has been removed from the medication cold turkey and is suffering because of “the establishment’s” lack of compassion and deeper concern for themselves. Medicine is not black and white. You have to treat the patient, not an algorithm."

"Dr Ko is the best and I love all the staff working there. He took over the practice after Dr George passed away so I've known most of them for 15 to 20 yrs. I live in Lee county and these drs here are no good. I don't mind the hour and a half commute to see Dr Ko at all. Happy he's my physician."

"I had a heart condition and in the middle of treatment lost my insurance coverage. Dr. Ko continued to see me because he cares. He is not about the money. Im not saying he may be able to do that for everyone but I will say he saved my life. If you want a good doctor who truly cares about people this is the doctor you should use."
