"I've been stopping here since there was a Jerry's and the Pkwy had tolls. The renovations look great and there is so much to offer, with one major exception. I stopped in a few weeks ago and saw a family changing a baby's diaper on a truck bed in the parking lot. I could hear the baby crying from far away. It made me realize that, at least in the men's room there is no diaper changing station. So many families stop through here and there is not any place to change a diaper that I could find. How could this possibly be overlooked in the recent renovations. This is an essential need that is not being met."

"Store very clean and neatly stocked, food hot and delicious, eating and sitting area, spic span. I got the livers dinner and some Gizzards of OZ, wahahahahahahaa. Fullfiling and very affordable. I didn't use the restrooms, so, I can't comment about that. Great experience stopping there. The only issues; THE POWER BALL machine was locked and no one had the password. Mooooooooom! "It's been closed for almost a year now. I've only recently within the past 3 months seen any work being done. And even then I don't see much if any being done at all."

"Why one star? The Beaver Dam Service Area is now closed. No, it has never been anything to write home about, even during it's days with a sit-down restaurant when the WK was a toll road, but it did have a good Arby's, an adequate little store for coffee and cold drinks, and decent parking for what it was. After driving past a few days ago, though, it appears there is some work going on here and the building hasn't been demolished, so perhaps it might simply be revamped?"
