"Been here twice now with my Mother in law and both times the doctor is unavailable. No notice or rescheduling? We travel over an hour to get here and I have to take time off work to drive her. Unacceptable! Poor, poor service."

"I’m only giving 2 stars because my doctor was ok. The front desk is literally appalling. Both girls have the worst attitude and will side eye you and roll their eyes like you are just the most inconvenience to them. Their attitude is that of a teenager. I tried to be so nice every time but it didn’t matter they just act like you’re a burden to them. I get they are busy but we all are. Half of these women are miserable enough as it is. Don’t get me started on scheduling, they hate it. It’s like they expect you to be mad at them so they do it first. God forbid the option they give you doesn’t work for you… the nurses are also incredibly rude and uncaring. They go thru the motions ask their questions like it’s just another check on their list. Dr. Whitfield was ok. Didn’t feel like I formed any relationship with her like I did with my first pregnancy but as a doctor she was ok. Overall I dreaded my appointments. Won’t be going back here if I ever have to have a female doc again."

"If I could give zero I would. Thought I would share some feed back on this place. I made a appointment with them 3 months ago because they told me new patients have to wait 3 months. So I waited. Get a call from them today. They have to cancel my appointment because I need to wait 3 more month a total of 6 I told them I didn’t want to wait well their response was to tell me to go some where else. I was trying to see Melissa Youree. I have no ideal if she knows how the front desk treats her patients. Just very rude woman."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. Stay away from this place! They can not schedule appointments or they cancel without telling you. Went for an appointment today which was confirmed august 12 and told me I didn’t have an appointment and would have to reschedule after they cancelled my first appointment in July. Showed them the proof on my phone and all she could say was sorry and I would have to reschedule. Didn’t even offer or try to squeeze me in. Front desk is awful and very rude. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. I went there when I was pregnant and would wait 3-4 hours in the waiting room. Find another doctor if you can. Don’t go here!"

"If I could give zero I would.. I'm beyond disgusted with the way this place handles their patients... after being highly recommended I decided to go here. Went in for an ultrasound which got pushed back to the next day. The front desk was beyond rude to my fiance. Went the next day things didn't go so well but that wasn't their fault HOWEVER I called several times, left several messages to get in contact with the nurse I had dealt with because it was urgent and got the run around all day until we finally decided to come up there. To which we were put in a room to I guess shut us up because we were not happy. Finally get an explanation. They tell us we're waiting on blood work and would notify us the following day with the results and keep in mind this is all pretty important at this point and yet... no calls no nothing... so I've been calling today to get no answer at all. If this is how you treat your patients I most certainly do not want to come back. I'm very disappointed at this point. I'll be losing my baby due to health issues and it's disheartening that we have been pushed to the side like this. Ladies, good luck because I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone."
